Shipping Policy


  1. We aim to deliver orders placed within 1-3 business days with our delivery partners, however situations out of our control could occur. We will aim to deliver within our timeline.
  2. Jaff’s Optical House Ltd delivers free of charge on orders above 2,000/=ksh to the address provided to us.
  3. A unique waybill number will be communicated to you via email, which can be used to track the status of your order.
  4. Delivery will be made during business hours so please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the address provided.
  5. Please ensure your address is up to date. Jaff’s Optical House Ltd will not be liable for orders placed with incorrect addresses provided.
  6. The person receiving the parcel may be asked by the courier to sign indicating that the parcel has been received.
  7. Proof of ID may be requested to verify authenticity of purchaser on delivery.
  8. Customers may be required to provide proof of address and identification prior to deliveries being made.
  9. In the event of incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges and delayed delivery of orders placed.
